Hello my dear folks, i beg for your help once more.
After connecting my kx-tda100 equiped of 01 PSU-M, 01
LTCOT8 card, 01 DHLC8 card, 02 SLC16 cards and the MPR
CPU with SD card, i noticed that the alarm is red.
I tried to solve the problem using the maintenance
console. This is the error log i have:
MINOR ERROR: error code:2 sub code:10000 error
message: system restart
error code:10 sub code:10000 error message:AC power
down.

MAJOR ERROR: error code:11 sub code:10000 error
message:DC power down.
I tried to follow the advises without any succes:

Press the Reset Button
• Reprogramme the Hybrid IP-PBX
• Replace the MPR card (be sure to turn off the Hybrid
IP-PBX when replacing
Check the power supply system
• See if the AC cord is connected properly
• Check the AC cord
• Replace the AC cord (be sure to turn off the Hybrid
IP-PBX when replacing)
• Replace the PSU (be sure to turn off the Hybrid
IP-PBX when replacing)
• Replace the back board (be sure to turn off the
Hybrid IP-PBX when replacing)

The worse is that all the new back boards and CPU i
put on that tda are infected. When i put them back on
a new tda100, the alarm on the new ones is red.

I beg you all to forgive my bad english and to help me
solve this situation please.
I'll be online waiting for an answer from you.
Thank you.
