I have installed a KXTA624 in an apartment and every time it we get a heavy rain the program becomes corrupt. I default the system and reprogram it and it is fine but when we get the heavy rain again the same thing happens. I have had 2 other systems lose the programming but after I reprogrammed them they were fine. There is no evidence of any water near the system. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
