Yesterday all phones went dead. The red indicator light showed on, but neither day or night lights were on. Turned off power to the PBX and waited a few moments and powered system backup. Phones worked as normal.
Later in the evening all phones went dead (except normal routing when power is off) The red indicator light showed on, but neither day or night lights were showed on. Tried powering down and powering back up. Left system off all night and tried again this AM. Disconnected all CO and extension lines and powered up system. System still shows red power light on but neither day or night lights show on Any suggestions for a restart?. Can the system be repaired for a nominal fee?
