I have a Panasonic KXTDA 30 with Caller ID installed, there is two CID cards in the system , one mounts as a daughter board on the trunk board and provide CID to the Keysets, Tapi and SMDR.
The second board mounts in a slot to the right of the trunk board and provides CID to SLT sets. Problem - the CID to the SLT sets does not work. 1) CID is on the trunk and displays on SMDR, Tapi and Keysets 2) If I unplug the SLT and put it on the analogue line ie direct to PSTN - the caller ID displays perfectly . 3) The CID card shows in the programming software as "EXT-CID" slot 8. 4) The SLT is on port 3 (ext 203) - this is the only device plugged into that port. Any Ideas anyone? Also any recommendations on TAPI software?
