Guys,

I wonder if you can help me?

I've recently had a 2nd-user KXTD1232 and TVP50 installed. Generally
its working well, but I've got a problem with forwarding voicemails
that end up in a mailbox assigned to a hunt group.

The system is set up to accept incoming calls vis ISDN, and route them
to a hunt group. The Interrupt routing is set to divert the call to
the VM system.

The COS for the mailbox is set to transfer the message to a normal
extensions VM box after 5 minutes.

Generally, this is all working OK, except _sometimes_ the VM fails to
transfer the messages, and they then just queue up in the hunt groups
mailbox.

I haven't managed to work out under what conditions the failure
occurs.

Any idea what might be causing it, and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks
  Paul.
