To all, Your response amazed me, I thought I would be lucky to get one reply!
Everyone was right on with the materials, even noting the little addons. But more amazing was how close everyone was to the same number (what's 10% anyhow). I spent a few hours scaling a print and pushing everything thru the spreadsheet and ended up at $10K too. Seemed high to me, I remember we used to do two floors of a high rise office bldg for that. And $75/drop was the norm.
