This one I discovered tonight which is baffling me. TVS200 upgraded to TVS225. Attached to a KX-TA824. Port 1 transfer with via auto attendant to an extension rings 5 times and the VPS intercepts, which is perfect. Port 2 on the other hand, rings in excess of 7 times before the VPS intercepts. One other odd thing, when the call is initially transferred on an incoming call to port to any extension you hear the dual ring. After the first dual ring, it seems to relinquish management and the ring changes to a steady a single ring. A call transferred via the auto attendant to port 1 does not do this, every ring is a dual ring and after the 5 rings the VPS intercepts as it should. I have double checked and triple checked the Call Transfer time out settings for all of the extensions and they are set to 20 seconds. Extension transfer sequence in the dialing parameters menu is FTXA. The extension transfer sequence in the individual mailbox settings are set to System so that there is no clash in the Dialing Parameters settings.
This is getting a bit frustrating, what have I missed? Donald R. Resor Los Angeles _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
