No it can't with the TVS. If a call is manually transferred to an extension it will forward but not if the call is transferred by the TVS. also mailbox call transfer does not work on the tvs when it is connected to the 824. I am not sure with a TVA but I have lost a couple hrs. trying to get that to work. You need a TD or a TDA to get the full features out of the TVS or TDA..................
