Michael, you've outdone yourself this year! My sides are hurting!!! My tdma phones have become useless as Cing forces attws users to 2 year gsm contracts at near twice the price. My SBC landlines, that after ten years, sbc was finally getting this customer service thing down to a good thing. the new at&t has already announced new price increases in May, and I received emails for all the customer accounts we manage that our user name has to be changed since it doesn't meet the new format requirements. The only thing left is for att to migrate c/s over to that g^h d^R& f*LO up IVR system of theirs, that absolutely will never let you talk to a real live person, even one in India. Whitacre is to ATT what Aggies are to Tx A&M or republicans are to Bush (stubborn, stupid, brain washed...)
