My client with the dual cabinet D1232 had a lightning hit several weeks ago and I switched several phones to new station ports. Got a call back that on one phone that the speaker phone function was not working. Everything else worked fine. When you pushed Speaker the Intercom light comes on, you get "Accnt" in the LCD but no dial tone from the phone. I found that the problem was in the port NOT the phone. Only thing of note is that the XDP S.L. port was assigned to the V.M. XDP was enabled. Swapped to another port and it works OK. Weird
