Boy, it has been a while since I have been on this group... Anyone know how to xfer a caller to a specific custom service menu?
I know I can create a custom service menu for an extension, but then you can't ring the extension....I can set it up to get to the custom service menu I want, but it would add another layer of prompts...and that ain't good.
