Hi folks
A simple one for you all no doubt but it's got me baffled !
CONFIG:-
TEA308
Internal BV card
4 PT Ext
3 SLT Ext
1 FAX Ext
3 CO Lines ("Normal" all extensions ringing )
Is there an easy way to divert any unanswered call after say 4-5 rings to the
common message area during the day ?
with maybe an straight to BV at night.
With any incomming fax calls to a fixed ext number (jack 08) ?
I think ive got the night one, changing normal to bv in night section but will
this still allow faxes to be recieved, or will it send them to bv as well ?
Also for the operator to transfer calls direct to any ext's personal
Voicemail, without the extention user having to set FWD>BV ( might not be
possible )
Many thanks in advance for any help with all or part of the above.
Have read all the manuals and am still reading but their not very clear !!
