If CO lines are ISDN, then 286 card can add "0" or "00" before Caller ID
number (it depends on sign National or International which is received in
 "Set up").

I have ISDN line on BRI which is switched on in 286 card and analog line CO
with Caller ID which is switched in CO port with 193 card. These lines are
 given for me by operator.

I log in 110 and 111 table for 010, 011 lines my phone number in one case
as
562342367 - John Smith, in other case as 0562342367 - John Smith. I see
Caller ID and name John Smith in the screen of my PT. 990 I didn't touch.

May be 193 card for analog line didn't install in your PBX?

Besides, I use Blitz Caller ID Display which I found on site
www.blitz-cti.com This program allows to see Caller ID, Caller ID name, CO,
time of connection, call duration simultaneously.

As for me, this program is more convenient than screen of PT.

 Best regards.
