Go to Menu 11 - Maintenance. Select 1. SMDR and then select "PRINT" in Front of the Menu (7th From Top) "Intercom Call print". Hope this helps.. Nitin

I think it is turned on by default and you set the baud rate in programming. You may have to go into programming to turn it on if the vendor has disabled SMDR.
