I'Ve got a 500 with a PRI. One ext. when they dial out has the caller ID blocked, which keeps them from calling #'s that don't accept blocked caller ID. It comes up Private every time. I was told that it started happening after a prolonged power outage. I've checked the SMDR & it does not show *67 as a prefix. The ext. # is 167, which shouldn't make a difference. Tried 790 and taking port out of service. Got to be something simple.
