Check the cable to the PBX to make sure the MOH cable is OK.

Subject: KX-T: BGM not working

I had an external music source to my #1 jack ont he KXTD 1232 for quite a
while. A few weeks ago it stopped working.
I finally got round to checking it out and the music source seems OK, the
programming is set up for BGM but yet all I get on the phones is a hissing
sound. Any suggestions as to what else to check?
