Hi. I recently availed of a KX-TDA200 and I noticed that the batteries which
should give an uniterrpted power supply to the unit did not work when we had
a power failure. The batteries are good and new. The connections are correct
since it was our dealer who connected it. Also I cant connect a new CO line.
I switched the Slot/Port to INS but when I try to access it, it gives me
nothing, not even a busy tone.

I have been calling my dealer forever to inspect our PBX but all I get are
broken promises. I would like to complain about them so Panasonic can give
them a warning or completely void their distributorship. Does anyone know
where can I go? Thanks.
