Are they looking for a pre-packaged solution or a custom item? We have some software tools that let us string together .wav files, respond to touch tones, etc. through a voice modem. Would be fairly simple for us to talk to an SQL database. For us this would most likely be a time and materials development project, it is definitely not an off the shelf item. I can setup a rudimentary demo you can dial in to if it might fit. Thanks.
