Ok, for a limited time, I put the file on my server at:

 http://www.5u4.com/tdpsw.zip

Use it at your own risk.

We never use passwords on our customer equipment, unless there is exposure
to the "outside world" (like the tvs!). In those few cases, the password is
on a label on the equipment.

We're in a competitive business, and we want it to stay that way,. We're not
doing our job, the customer has every right to shop for someone that can. We
have smart customers, that can well handle doing some fine tuning of their
system, but they also know if they break it, we will get paid to fix it. We
also have smart customers that know they don't want to manage anything on
their system, they know "autodial 000" and we will take care of anything
they want. We have smart customers that their in-house i t folks will
manage their system, but quickly learn it's much more efficient for them to
keep their computers running and let us keep their phones running.

I don't like owning something I don't have control over, and I will never
put a customer in that position.
