Hi - I have KX-T7731 phones on a KX-TA624/TVS50 voicemail system. One of our phones has the red message waiting lamp lit constantly - its just stuck on, there are no waiting messages, so checking messages does not help. There are also no messages saved. Does anybody have an idea of what os going on here or how it may be fixed?
