Problem with kx-ta308 or, I think, with every other similar system. Tested on Siemes (2 models)
Incoming call aborted by caller before answered. If you pick up just after it was aborted you reach outside line (co1,2...) with dial tone (outside). Then there is no tool restriction because call was treated like incoming. Example: They call number from mobile (cell) phone, hang-up, but telephone is still ringing (one more time), they pick up and go outside as they talk to another part. They get dial tone because other part hanged up so they can dial what ever they want. It is cheating and bills are very big. So my question is: Is it possible to apply tool restriction even on incoming calls?
