The help I received on my previous question was super, thank you so 
much.  Unfortunately I have at least one more question.  As before, I'll 
document the results nicely for future users of the list archive.


I have custom service menus setup in my TVS120. In one of these menus 
there is a branch to an extension for customer service.

Press 1 for customer service executes b,Extn.No.272 where 272 is a 
phantom extension that rings on multiple handsets.

When all customer service agents are busy, the TVS120 responds and says 
"No one is available to take your call, press 1 to leave a message or 
star for another extension"

If you press 1 it goes to voice mail, star, back up one level in the 
custom menus - all works as it should - except that its not the way I 
want it to work.

What I would like:
   - I'd like the customer to have the option to continue holding
     interrupted every minute with options to:
      a. leave voicemail or
      b. continue holding or
      c. hang up.
   - I'd like to not have the star option available.

I'm not stuck on how this custom menu is setup.  If there's a better 
structure for programming inbound customer service calls please show the 
way.
