Hi, Thanks for the suggestions for my previous question. After checking the other CO ports, it seems all of the outgoing calls can be made through except with the minor delay. And when I check back to CO port 1, it is able to make outgoing calls as well after checking the other CO ports. (All I did prior to this was positioned the SYSTEM switch to "set" postion and press the reset button along with restarting the unit. Kindly let me know how do I make the reset or factory reset of this 616 unit if the procedure was wrong.)
Now, the only problem currently facing is to restrict the ringings from external calls only to Extension 1. (DIL) I have only KX-T7730 and KX-T7433 keyphones and it seems not working to enter into the programming mode via (program + *#1234). And the programmator version I have is for the KX-TD1232/816/308 only. Please let me know how do I configure this 616 PBX to make it ring only to the extension port 1 for the incoming external calls.
