Hi Andrea, I managed to make it work! Thank you for the idea regardin the flexible numbering.
What I had to do was: 1) set extensions numbers in program 623 (CLIP/COPL NO.) 2) set the FLX Numbering item 80 (program 100, next, type 080 - to get to CLIP/COLP, then set this to 19 (it is entered as 71, which is wrong, as it is used for some other functions too. I just picked 19 as it isn't used for anything) Exit programming, Pick the phone up, dial 191 for outside line identification or 192 for extension line identification.
