Thanks for the great responses I will call the local Telco and find out 
their signaling for PRI. I know they use a DMS100 so it should be ok.

What the customer wants to do is have some rollover lines ring to the 
operator for the customers that don't know the DID extension of the person 
they wish to speak to and they of course want to use the 23 channels of DID 
to do this. And then if someone does call in a DID line to a specific 
extension they want to be able to Call Fwd that call to the receptionist if 
the extension is busy or doesn't answer.

So I would like to know if I need to do this with the DID trunks from the 
Telco by ordering 8 DID numbers from the Telco and asking them to roll them 
if busy, or do it via the 1232 hunting?

Also say I assign a DID number to an extension for a salesman. That salesman 
is on the phone will the FWD/DND button programed to Call Fwd Busy/No Answer 
still work or will they recieve a busy signal from the Telco?  Sorry for all 
the questions, just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row =)
