I had this happen one time.. My TVS even stopped working correctly - answered the line, played some jibberish, then hung up. A day later (when I was just about to go take it apart), it started working, but the messages were out of order. A subsequent call to the TVS, and all was back to normal. Really, really weird! It has been ok since.
