Hello All:
I have a customer handles a lot of calls that need transferred to
another office. They have been using CO-CO transfer for a few months,
but now are having problems. I recently condensed six, of seven, lines
into a Group-CO button and the seventh line has its own button. Since I
changed this, the CO-CO transfer still works, but if they try to access
the Group-CO, via the button, they get "CO in Use".
The way they transfer is:
Hit the Transfer key (puts caller on hold)
Hit a soft key for speed dial to the other office
Hang up
Is there a missing step, or is there something that I just overlooked?
