Hi Nitin, We have this solution , we use our auto attendant to guide incoming call when the ext busy or no answer
this AA will annouce paging option, once caller key in this paging key and this AA will be paging, some one assist this call just key in paging pick key and get this call, is this that you need ? our system working already.
