Thanx for the replies guys! To answer a few questions:

* Yes I did the site survey and although I do not remember the numbers I
got, I did get a signal lock over 3 on every cell station. Maybe I should
try this again to see if anything changed for whatever reason. As per
Henry's comments, I will do this again, keeping in mind the handoff issues.
The other installs I have done had NO issues, so I have yet to fine-tune the
site-survey process.
* I WILL check the Crestron website to see what device works in the 2.4ghz
range, or just have them power everything down for a test.
* I have already ordered a Motorola CLS-1450CB cordless phone (at nearly
$300 with shipping!) as a backup-test phone to see if a "regular" wireless
phone will work or have the same issues.
* Because it's wireless and environmental are at play, I am very ready to
refund the $5k for this (or at least the phone system portion) without
batting an eyelash to resolve this quickly and move on to bigger and better
things. The problem is they think in terms of construction (as he is a
developer) and seem to think we only need to "re-measure" and "recut" to fix
it...They have no techno-savvy about them and they are in the usual hurry to
fix it.

I am open to other ideas, except the one about calling Panasonic to have
them visit the site to help resolve the problem...

Thanx again!! I shall report back!

Thank You,
