Need some help folks. Following are my issues on used system I just installed in my office: 1)tvs50: cannot get it to pickup when outside caller calls in and no one picks up. I have telco based voice mail that picks up after 4th ring. I issued online command, and night mode light shows on the phone. I can transfer callers to voice mail after we manually pick up call. Don't want AA, want to pick up calls in person, but if we're on the line, or out, want voice mail menu. Used Ablecomm's instructions to program. 2) tvs50 has some weird language, might be french, for prompts, when I go into the message manager main command menu to change prompts. How do you change this to English? 3) 816, what's easiest way to tell if my unit has the voice mail card installed? Unit is a 4. Thanks for any help you can give
