Thanks, but I already checked that. Since I'm having problems I have all ports set to COS 1 and COS 1 enabled for CO transfer and CO forward, still no luck.
It does forward, it just won't connect the caller and the CO for a while, preferring instead to give the caller extra hold music and confusing the operator.
