We have a couple of KX-T7235 with D308 in a home installation. Both seem have developed some problems with the keypad around the same time, mostly missing keys or repeating keys unexpectedly. There is also an intermittent failure to dial a number selected from the speed dial menu. Perhaps it is related to the keypad issue ?
This morning I noticed that the incoming CID text was missing some characters. Instead of "Public JQ" it showed "Pu J". After years of reliable service, I am wondering how likely it is that both "instruments" fail at nearly the same time.
