Having been in a bind to obtain the password for a TVS system, I just completed doing some extensive analysis of these boxes. Lo and behold, I discovered how to obtain the password for the console (RS232 connection) to the Panasonic TVS systems that use a hard drive! I've tried it on both a TVS-100 and a TVS-220, and it works.
I've got a special little rig here that works for this purpose, so if anyone is in a real bind and needs their password reset, email me off list and we can talk.
