I did verify that only 1 co line is ringing. It happens to a number of the lines, that's why I
think it is a config issue. Should I *not* have the circular group?

Check what the other guys said (a-pits, etc) and check the co's in case
there is bleed through on the co's (so a call on co1 might cause ringing on
co2).
