Henry,

The good news is your brain is fine. The bad news is you're stuck with 
Forwarding-no-answer or busy/no answer.
The "Intercept Routing" feature only works on first time incoming calls, if 
you manually transfer a call and there is no answer it will only ring back 
to the originating extension unless FWD is set.
