One down and one to go... When a call comes in on line #4 (of our 6 line hunt group), we see line #6 almost immediately light up (perhaps 1/2 second later). For about two rings both lines remain lit and then the light on line #4 goes out and the call can be answered on line #6. If someone picks up line #4 while it's still lit and ringing, they get a dead line.
When I test the problem by dialing the number for line #4 I hear no clicks or noises or changes in ring volume to suggest that anything is being switched over. From the caller's perspective it's perfectly seemless. I just got off the phone with McCleod to verify how our hunting is set up and they tell me it's simply 1->2->3->4->5->6, yet if I busy out line #4 and dial the number, line #6 rings. If I busy out line #5 and dial the number for line #5 it rolls over to line #6 as expected.
