Listers,

The system is a KX-TD1232 with 2 8-extension cards in the bottom 2 slots and
1 BRI card in the upper slot. We are migrating from an 8-analogue trunk
setup to a 4-ISDN line (8 channels) trunk setup.

For some reason, we cannot get the ISDN lines to work. It looks like there
is no connection to the NT at all. Dialling 9 or accessing the CO lines
directly just returns a dead line (silence).

What settings should I use? Point-to-Point or Point-to-Multipoint?
Permanent? Is there a reference for what these settings mean and should be?
My installer is also confused by the settings (don't ask!)..

PS: I'm in Europe. Telco system is similar to the UK. ISDN encoding is
2B1Q.

Regards
Andrea
