Aw c'mon William, let's be fair.

We dealers are concerned when someone seems to be making a very bad business
decision. It appeared that Michael was about to embark on trying to program
a new TDA system without proper guidance. Yeh, a couple or responses maybe
seemed a bit harsh, but even Carl became quite civil once it was clear that
Michael had clear questions and wasn't really throwing his investment away.

I could imagine a medical email list and someone posts "I just bought some
pills over the internet but I wasn't told a dosage, how much should I take?"
... "see your physician" would probably be the best response.

Michael explained what he really wanted and then got good advice.
Without the dealers, it would be a bit tough to get that good advice.

Give us the benefit of the doubt too sometimes.

Charles

(ps, I know you were just trying to help Michael feel welcome, but it's late
and I felt like exercising my debating skills)
