Hello Everybody, We have one main number and 10 DDIs. The main number routes to a group of extensions (which has its own group/extension number). I have entered the other 10 DDI numbers (6 digits) into the unit but when I dial them from outside, ALL extensions ring, rather than just the single extension set (menu 2/1/13 in the Panasonic DOS software). Any advice appreciated.
