ever since switching to comcast cable telephone for my provider my kvs-50 does not appear to receive enough of a drop in voltage after a caller hangs up for the kvs-50 to stop the recording secquence. The result is that it records the message "If you need to make a call please hang up and try again, if you need help please dial zero for the operator, msg blah blah blah" Boy is this anoying! Panasonic says its the problem of the provider, in this case comcast cable, and I'm sure they will find nothing wrong if I could only take a day off of work to try to let them in to see the problem. help please
