Since there are ISDN-PRI reverse MUXes (dynamically split off a ISDN-PRI with a set of voice B channels, and bond remaining B channels to one T1 data pipe), and T1 routers (1 T1 in 2 out or vice versa), does someone make a E1 - T1 router (1 E1 in, 2 T1 out)?
