Am I missing something -- I have been placed in charge of Learning to maintain our KX-TA624-4 system. I am slowly making sense of the manual. When we bought the system the guy told us all we need to do for music on hold is plug in a music source to the external music jack - (the one beside the paging jack) anyhow I just got around to doing this and all the front reception phones now play classical music through the speakerphones -- it seems to me that you should be able to disable this however the manual says BGM is "no programming required"
Hmm any ideas am I missing something? none of the only the phones that accept incoming CO calls play the music? Perhaps shoddy programming?
