I've got a customer with an old 6x16 box - kx-t61610. The sucker's programming is messed (can't access CO5 or CO6), and I just want to do a full reset. How is this done? Can't find any little memory clear switch. There is a reset button (which didn't lose the programming), and a "Program" switch.
