FYI...

    From the emails received, not a lot of people use the modems like I
thought.  I do understand the concept "we can charge the customer more if
we go in person".  I can't argue with that.

Thanks for the input.  I understand now that others in the past have had
this disconnect on them too after a rather short period of time.  I
thought I had missed or overlooked a setting.  All's good though.
