[intercom] 700 plus the ext number
Message lights are not only for voicemail. They can be turned on and off
manually to. It usually occurs by human error and no one realizes what
happenned.

I have a situation where two phone extensions out of four associated to
voice mailboxes have the Message Waiting Light stuck ON even when there are
no new voicemail messages for that user's voicemail box.
I tried resetting the PBX and TVS50 unit. Still no clear up.
Is there a way to get the extensions' Message Waiting Light reset?
