I have a 1232D and a TVS50. I am having a specific problem with Voice Mail when a person is on a call and a new call comes in to them from an outside CO line.
What happens is the outside caller gets the message "Incorrect Entry" and is then returned to the auto announcement. I have the stations set with the busy signal greetings defined. I would like the system to give the called person a chance to place the original call on hold and answer the new call OR have the new call go directly into their voicemail box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
