In the default programming of the TVS-200, there's a main menu option of dialing #1 to directly dial an extension. Two questions about this:
If I wish to _not_ use this convention, and simply allow the dialing of any extension at any time during the main menu, is it advisable to not have any options associated with "1" and "2" on the keypad, so that extesions 101...299 can be dialed directly? Or is what the setting of number of seconds between numbers (or similar wording in the custom menu setup) is intended to address? How do you program a "#1" type of option in the first place? I don't see how you create a two keystroke sequence in the custom menu setup. I haven't looked for it yet in the manuals, but is there a way to retrieve the current usage stats (i.e. "27 hours of 32 hours total") of recordings used by voicemail? I'd just like to keep tabs on it to be sure the two-way recording feature isn't being abused.
