I was very disappointed with the 624-3 handling of caller ID. It did NOT log the call if the call was answered either by human or answering machine, only if the call went unanswered. I just installed a 624-4 with caller ID and it logs ALL calls. The 7735 phone makes it a smooth retrieval. Is there a chip upgrade from -3 to -4 and from where is it obtainable? Thanks.
