The KSU actually "holds" the call, not the TVS. If you check the
integration, you will see a "F" as the first command, which is a flash
(hold) signal to the KSU. In some applications, we actually drop the call to
the KSU rather than allow the TVS to take back the call if unanswered. Such
an application would be a Doctor's office where the call is answered by the
TVS, and choices are allowed. Calls for the receptionist are then "dropped"
to her extension.

You can't. MOH is when the KSU places the call on hold. When using an auto
attendant, the TVS is supervising the call and thus places it on hold within
the TVS. There is no audio path from the KSU to the TVS.

It would make sense for the TVS to PARK the call, then it would be on hold
at the KSU and MOH would be heard.
