KX-T: KX-TD7890

Anyone know where a used/new 7890 (long range model) might be lurking. I just had someone call who had their handset and charging cradle stolen (but not the base station) and is looking for a replacement.

Assuming there are none left anywhere, how does the Engenius EP-436 or SN-920 compare in the long range category?
